Can I create/delete email addresses myself, or do I have to get you to do that for me?

You absolutely can control you email addresses yourself. All you need is you control panel login information. You should have received an email with all the info you need when your account was created. If you did not get this information, or you no longer have it, just get in touch with us and we will provide it for you. After that you just log in to the control panel, and manage your email addresses in any wa you like. If you need some help, we have some How-To's to get you started.
