This has got to be the most asked question that we get. With only a couple of exceptions, the answer is no. One sure way to know if the problem is on our end or your end, is to log in to Webmail and see if that works. If so, then our servers are up and the problem is on your end.

Absolutely. We can design a cms based web site for you that is easy to update and maintain. We generally like to use the Drupal content management system for these types of sites. It is simple and easy to use for both the developer and the end user. And, you don't have to learn everything that there is to know about Drupal either. We can show you all that you need to know to manage your site.

Certainly not. In fact, we have a large number of hosting clients that do not have a web site at all. They are only interested in having their own domain name for email. While we do agree that it looks much more professional to have an email address at your own domain, we also think that our clients should take every marketing advantage that can be gained from a custom web site as well. it will look even more professional if you also have your very own web site.

Definitely not. While most of our design clients do prefer to use our hosting service, there are some clients that have bundled hosting plans with their ISP's or other hosting plans that they did not wish to change. That's just fine with us. We will be happy to provide the best web site design for you that we can, whether or not you use our hosting service.

All you need is the FTP login information for your site. This information shoud have been provided to you in an email when your account was set up. If you did not receive this info, or no longer have it, just get in touch with us and we will provide it for you. Once you have that, all you need to do is put that into any FTP client that you like, and you should have FTP access to your site.

You absolutely can control you email addresses yourself. All you need is you control panel login information. You should have received an email with all the info you need when your account was created. If you did not get this information, or you no longer have it, just get in touch with us and we will provide it for you.
