How-To Create an eMail Autoresponse

  1. Go to https://www.acsihosting.com:8443
  2. Logon using your ACSI Hosting client ID and password.
    1. If you do not know your user ID and password then contact ACSI hosting.
  3. Click on 'Home' in the 'General' block at the top left of the screen.
  4. Click on your domain name.
  5. Click on the 'Mail' icon in the 'Services' section.
  6. Click on the mail name that you want to generate and auto response.
  7. Click on the 'Autoresponders' icon in the 'Tools' section.
  8. Click on the 'Add New Autoresponder' icon in the 'Tools' section.
  9. Enter a name for the autoresponder in the 'Autoresponder name' field.
  10. Specify when the response should be generated in the 'Conditions' sections.
  11. Enter the text you want to be sent back in the 'Reply with text' field in the 'Reply' section.
  12. Change the 'Limits' section to fit your requirements.
  13. Add an attachment if necessary in the 'Attachments' section.
  14. Click on the 'OK' button at the right side of the page.
    1. Your Autoresponder is created but not enabled.
  15. To enable it, click on the box on the far right side of the autoresponder name.
    1. A check make will appear there.
  16. Click on the 'Enable' icon in the 'Tools' section.
  17. Your autoresponder is now active.
  18. Done!
