A Blog is a contraction of the term Web log. It is simply a web site that is updated frequently with commentary, depictions of events, or even graphical or video content. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject, or they can be used as online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs and web pages. Many blogs make heavy use of interactive comments to build a community.
